Are You . . .

Whether you’re a parent concerned about your teenager or a young adult trying to figure things out on your own, therapy can be a hopeful place to start.

You’re Not Alone!

After earning my Master of Education in Counselor Education with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Mississippi in 2021, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of mental health settings, including schools, community mental health, and outpatient clinics. These experiences have shaped the way I approach therapy as a Licensed Professional Counselor and the importance I place on meeting each person where they are and creating a space where teens and young adults feel understood, respected, and comfortable being themselves.

My Approach

A small round wooden side table with a Tic-Tac-Toe game is beside the lamp. A window with sheer curtains is in the background.

I believe therapy is a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and better understand the patterns that shape you. You don’t need to know where to begin or exactly what you or your teenager needs—that’s something we can figure out together!

I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and tailor my approach to each person, their experiences, and their goals. My hope is that therapy is a collaborative process—one where you feel heard and supported as you work toward meaningful change.
